A private investor group, led by Southeastern Grocers' CEO and C&S Wholesale Grocers, has reacquired Winn-Dixie and Harveys Supermarket from Aldi, which had completed its purchase in March 2024. Steve Madden is acquiring UK-based footwear brand Kurt Geiger for $364.1 million from private equity firm Cinven.
